HOW IT WORKS?
01. Design Submission
After submitting your inquiry, please provide your design specifications including style references, product images, fabric preferences, logo details, color requirements, and estimated order quantity. Upon receiving this information, we will promptly provide you with an approximate price quote.
02. Sourcing Fabric and Trim & Acc
Upon acceptance of the price quote and payment of sample charges (including logo setup fees), please provide reference photos or physical samples for technical specifications. Where physical samples are unavailable, we will supply a standard size chart for reference. Our team will then commence fabric and trim sourcing, presenting qualified material options for your final selection before production.
03. Samples Development
Our design team will collaborate closely with you to refine product specifications and develop comprehensive technical packages. Upon completion, these tech packs will be submitted for your formal review and approval before initiating sample development. Please remember that our customized production process generally requires two sample iterations to meticulously verify all design elements, ensuring they meet exact quality standards before progressing to bulk manufacturing.
04. Bulk Production
Once the approved samples and down payment are received, we will commence bulk production. Upon completion, our quality control team will conduct thorough inspections to ensure products meet specified standards. Each item will then be individually packaged and sealed in cartons, ready for final shipment.
